Free and Plus: plans and prices

Every new family gets 14 days of Plus in the app, with no card, nothing that renews and nothing to cancel. At the end you choose Keep Plus or Move to Free; doing nothing means Free and no charge.

Prices below are the UK launch prices. They are set in the App Store and Google Play and may change; you always see the current price before you pay.

Two plans

Free, £0. Pyjama Ted, the stars and the sunrise; bedtimes, naps and wake-up times; silence, white, pink and brown noise and the fan; the morning present and the toy shelf; editing from your phone. It stays free after the trial.

Plus, £1.67 a month paid yearly. £19.99 a year, 44% less than paying £2.99 month to month; or £44.99 once for Lifetime. Everything in Free, plus Moon Bunny, Dolly Rose, Sleepy Dino and Pip the Panda; live view and remote control for every grown-up and the carer role; the full sound library; the routine activities; morning-surprise settings.

Three ways to pay for Plus

Plus is the same whichever way you pay for it.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the SlumberPal service.

Buying and cancelling

Plus is bought and billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel from Settings: it opens the store’s own subscription page after you confirm you are a grown-up. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Plus stays until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your SlumberPal data does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel in the store first.

Manage or cancel your subscription in Parent mode: Plus is billed by the store you bought it from, cancelling stops renewal and Plus stays until the period ends, Open subscriptions in the store — Cancelling opens the store’s own subscription page.

What happens if Plus ends

A sleep that is running finishes as normal. Your settings, your toy shelf and any pal you own stay. Pyjama Ted, the basic sounds and the schedule carry on.

Prices never appear on the child’s screen, and nothing can be bought from it.
